We use computerized analysis & designing to reduce stresses, resulting in longer life of the machine. The factory specialists specify correct foundation to given soil condition and proper type of foundation for each application site. We adheres standard processes in due course of manufacturing of weighbridge.
Weighbrigde
A weighbridge is a heavy-duty scale that is mostly used for measuring the weights of trailers, trucks, and other bulky vehicles that are used to transport heavy goods. A weighbridge is simply a platform placed on load cells. This assembly is connected to a weight indicator or a computer system with a display.
Loadcell
We offer conventional and digital self restoring compression load cells for enhanced performance for our weighbridges. These are alloy steel, IP68 protected load cells suitable for weighbridges of its accuracy class.
Weighing Indicator
A weighbridge weight indicator is the main display/control unit used in a truck scale (weighbridge) system. It receives signals from load cells and shows the vehicle’s weight in a readable format.
Weighbrigde Software
Weighment software is a weighbridge data management software suitable for industries as well as public weighbridges. The standalone weighment software is suitable when all weighment data is to be stored on PC connected to the weighing indicator.
Junction Box/ LED Display
Our junction box provides fast and easy connection up to 12 load cells and plays an important role in weighbridges.
Our remote display is used for viewing the weight of the truck (standing on the weighbridge structure) from long distance.
